Texperia - HR

Texperia is the formula companies need to bridge the gap between Human Resources (HR) or employers and employees! Texperia is the partner in creating interactions that enhance the employee experience and build the ultimate team culture every healthy organization needs. Employee experiences in a company are not commonly treated as problems that require solutions. Texperia is the solution to the day-to-day problems faced by HR and employers.

Understanding the product
At the core of Texperia lies two things:

A SaaS platform that empowers HR and enterprises to create consumer-grade digital experiences to engage candidates and employees at key moments that matter during their journey. The mission is to deliver kick-ass results by leveraging craft and technology. Texperia enables every size and type of enterprise to design and deliver their culturally unique employee experience- quickly, and impactfully.

Market UX/UI Research

My finding

The essential formula for companies to bridge the gap between Human Resources or Employers and Employees lies in creating interactions that enhance the employee experience and foster the ultimate team culture necessary for a thriving organization. After a thorough examination of competitors such as Keka, Darwinbox, Qandle, and Zimyo, it becomes evident that these platforms fall short in delivering content or information as an enjoyable experience, especially in dealing with formal and mundane content.

The overarching objective is to identify key moments throughout the candidate/employee's journey and provide digital experiences that go beyond the ordinary. The aim is to deliver content in a manner that is not only informative but also engaging and enjoyable. The current deficiency in existing platforms is their inability to make the consumer fully comprehend the processes and content, particularly when dealing with formal and monotonous information.

To address this gap, the focus should be on delivering personalized experiences that enhance the employee's sense of purpose, ignite energy, and ultimately improve engagement. By transforming the delivery of content into an enjoyable and understandable experience, companies can create a more vibrant and connected organizational culture.

Opportunities for Texperia

Beta trials

User Feedback and Insights

Texperia has received an overwhelmingly positive response from the HR community, with reports of heightened excitement among their employees and candidates. This positive reception plays a crucial role in fostering engagement. However, some users expressed concerns and a desire for flexibility in scheduling experiences based on their timings and various time zones. The implementation of changes and upgrades has been temporarily paused, as Texperia introduces a new product - Playda! This platform addresses not only HR needs but also various business breakpoints.
